ary99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and How We Work Together

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ary99 ("ary99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the ary99 website located at ary99.net, including all associated services, games, promotions, and account facilities offered through the platform.

By accessing the ary99 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ary99 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the ary99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ary99. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or game rules, the specific promotion or game rules shall take precedence for that particular matter.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open and maintain an account with ary99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ary99 operates a strict 21+ age policy and does not accept registrations from individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by or on behalf of corporations, trusts, partnerships, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntarily imposed restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed ary99 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

ary99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by ary99 may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Management

Once your ary99 account has been successfully created and verified, you are responsible for all activity that takes place through it. This includes the following obligations and conditions:

• Login Credentials: Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. ary99 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Account Security: You must notify ary99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team via live chat at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Accurate Details: You are responsible for keeping your account information — including email address, phone number, and banking details — current and accurate. ary99 is not liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as inactive. ary99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive account balances after a prior written notice period. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.
• Single Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on ary99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ary99 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally trusted payment channels. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the ary99 platform:

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ary99 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any balance derived from a third-party deposit may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ary99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practices. ary99 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding PKR 50,000.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within 24 hours of approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically 1–3 business days from approval

ary99 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ary99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of ary99 and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations ary99 has to players who have already opted in to a specific offer.
• Each bonus offer is eligible for use by one account per individual, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed for duplicate activity.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Applicable contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

• Bet Acceptance: ary99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds or game outcomes caused by a technical fault, ary99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on ary99. These limits are displayed at the point of wager and may vary by market, event, or player account tier.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing live data feeds and market availability. ary99 is not responsible for delays in live data transmission that may affect the acceptance or settlement of in-play wagers.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting governing body or the certified RNG output for casino and slot games. ary99's settlement decision is final in all cases.
• Certified RNG: All casino, slot, and bingo game outcomes on ary99 are generated by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The integrity of these systems is independently verified and cannot be manipulated by ary99 or any player.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ary99 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live dealer games, or coordinate betting activity in a way designed to circumvent normal game risk
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which bets have been placed through ary99
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether discovered accidentally or through deliberate testing — for financial gain
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to claim bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or evade a self-exclusion restriction
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through ary99 for purposes other than genuine gaming activity, including any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Accessing the ary99 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to obscure your actual location
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward ary99 staff or other players through any platform communication channel

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ary99 platform — including but not limited to the ary99 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ary99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ary99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any ary99 content without the prior written consent of ary99.

Any unauthorised use of ary99's intellectual property — including scraping game data, reproducing odds feeds, or replicating platform design elements — will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ary99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ary99 platform
• Service interruptions, technical faults, server downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures that result in the inability to access the platform or complete a transaction
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of live sports data, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform
• Decisions made by sporting bodies, match officials, or regulatory authorities that affect the outcome of events on which bets have been placed

Where ary99's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your ary99 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ary99's gross negligence.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ary99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an ary99 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

ary99 uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, administer your account, deliver promotional communications (where you have opted in), comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the overall platform experience. ary99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — such as payment processors and identity verification agencies — strictly for the purpose of providing the ary99 service.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your banking provider
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual
• Ongoing failure to provide requested identity verification documentation
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment service provider

Where an account is closed by ary99 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following satisfactory identity verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach, ary99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

You may voluntarily close your ary99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawals or unsettled bets at the time of the closure request.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ary99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
